The watch arrived this morning at about 9.30 am.
I managed to stay at work till 2.30 pm before my excitement got the better
of me and I had to come home.

It is a very nice watch indeed and I am very pleased with it.

I must have miss-measured my wrist somehow and had to take it to my local
jeweller to insert the extra link. He was very impressed too.

I have never spent this amount of money on something for myself and this is
the fulfilment of an ambition that goes back many, many years.

I am not sure if I told you but the money was from my mothers estate. (She
died rather suddenly earlier this year). My wife suggested a Rolex so that
I would be reminded of her each time I wore it.

I feel very special today.
