Perfect Timing always looks to purchase and stock these pieces as they can save our customers time and money in achieving the ultimate "right look" they are seeking. If you see a watch on our site that seems to have a high retail and then a deeply discounted price this is because, we use a rough estimate (not exact) of what the manufacturer's price would be were this piece to have been accessorized in the factory. On these pieces you will find your best buys as you will be able to buy a more accessorized watch that you do not have to pay retail for in the beginning, and that you do not have to pay for piece by piece as it is adorned. The piece will look brand new and its original owner will have absorbed the initial retail costs of the piece. We also stock a large supply of fine diamond accessories for your watch which enables us to in some cases offer you even more options in providing you the perfect watch.

WHAT IS MEANT BY THE TERM "CUSTOM DIAMOND DIAL OR BEZEL?"

In order to be able to offer a larger range of bezels set with various precious stones at sales prices that are significantly lower than those charged by most major watch companies for bezels which it manufactures and in order to be able to offer a larger range of dials set with various precious stones at sales prices that are significantly lower than those charged by Rolex or other companies for dials which it manufactures, Perfect Timing offers its own range of custom-made dials and bezels. These dials and bezels are each hand set and hand finished by skilled master craftsman to enhance the beauty of each watch using genuine diamonds and prescious stones. In some cases, adding a custom dial or bezel may void the manufacter's warranty. Many of our customers who desire the elegantly accented looks of customized watches, but who also wish to have the option of availing themselves of the manufacturer's service options choose to also purchase from us an accompanying original plain factory dial or bezel as well. We offer these to our customers for deeply discounted prices. We do this so you can enjoy the creative looks which have become so popular in regards to customization with diamond dials and bezels, while at the same time allowing you to have the deep peace of mind inherent in also having the original accessories that came with the watch.

HOW DO I KNOW THE WATCH I’M GETTING WILL BE AUTHENTIC?

Every watch purchased from Perfect-Timing has been authenticated by our in-house certified watchmaker who has been practicing his trade for over 20 years. Upon receiving your watch, Perfect Timing allows you a window period in which you may take your purchase to your own local jeweler to verify its authenticity. WE WANT YOU TO FEEL AT EASE DOING BUSINESS WITH US.Selling watches is our sole occupation and WE DO NOT DEAL IN REPLICAS OR NON-AUTHENTIC MERCHANDISE. When you purchase a pre-owned watch from our company it will come with either the original manufacturer’s papers, or our own papers of certified authenticity which will include the serial number, reference number, Perfect Timing warranty information, what we belive it would cost you to replace it, and information stating that we have inspected the timepiece and certify its authenticity.

I’M AFRAID TO BUY A WATCH OVER THE NET. WHAT CAN YOUR COMPANY DO TO MAKE ME FEEL MORE AT EASE?

The first thing you must realize when contemplating buying a high end Swiss watch over the internet is that companies such as ours offer you the same thing via the web as is offered in local bricks and mortar stores with the exception of our discounts being deeper. 2. Perfect Timing is owned and operated by the Donsky family. We have run multi-million dollar discount jewelry showrooms and are a well known jewelry family pioneering discount jewelry sales in the state of Texas.
3. For simple transactions, Perfect-Timing encourages you to use your credit card which gives you firm protection. Our sales policies are set up to allow you to take your purchases to a local jeweler to be authenticated as we give you a 3 day period to decide whether you wish to keep your purchases. We want you to feel at ease doing business with us!
4. For more substantial purchases of NEW timepieces which are final, Perfect-Timing uniquely allows you to take your watch to your local jeweler to be authenticated and stipulates that if for any reason you believe the watch to be anything but new and authentic, you are free to return it for a full refund less the costs of shipping. The above information is provided to assist our first time customers in feeling comfortable doing business with us. You will find the process to be smooth, and we are proud of the fact that even though we have one of the most liberal sales/return policies in existence, we rarely ever have a watch returned to us. This is due to the absolute "like new" condition of our pre-owned watches.

WILL MY WATCH HAVE SERIAL NUMBERS?

Every watch purchased from Perfect Timing will have its serial numbers intact. We do not file serial numbers off watches and frown upon that practice. Once again, Perfect Timing is a respectable watch brokerage, and all merchandise purchased from us will be authenticated with serial numbers intact!

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are only obligated to collect sales tax from those who reside within the state of Florida.

 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THE TERM "UNUSED"?

"Unused" refers to items that have never been sold to a retail customer. Depending on the brand, these are brand new watches directly from the manufacturer, "display models" or other items which we have purchased in bulk from well known national jewelry chains. 

 

WHAT CONDITION ARE YOUR PRE-OWNED WATCHES IN?

Perfect Timing ONLY deals in "like new" pre-owned watches. We have found that our customers are most pleased when they receive their watches in pristine condition. This is why rather than deal in grades of watches, we only offer you the finest "like new" selections. Our definition of "like new" consist of the following: Their will be no visible scratches to the band, case, clasp or crystal. The band will have little to no stretch to it. The dial will be crisp with no fading and in general the watch will look as close to new as is possible.

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Perfect timing only ships insured overnight carrier. You will receive your watch or watches the morning after we ship. Our shipping rate within the U.S. is $50 via insured overnight carrier.

ARE YOU AN OFFICIAL DEALER FOR ANY WATCH BRAND?

Perfect Timing is not an official authorized dealer of Rolex or any other brand offered to you via our company. This is what allows us to give you significant discounts. Official dealers of most major watch lines are often regulated to sell their watches for a set suggested retail price. If they do not comply with this regulation, they risk losing the line. Being that we are not authorized dealers of Rolex or any other brand mentioned on this site, we are not bound by those price restraints. When you buy a new watch from Perfect Timing, it will include the appropriate paperwork, yet the warranty will be via our company. All pre-owned watches purchased from Perfect-Timing will include certificates of authenticity which will include serial number, reference number or name, insured replacement value info and the day your Perfect Timing warranty starts.

ARE YOU A RETAIL STORE? CAN I COME SEE YOUR WATCHES IN PERSON?

Perfect-Timing is not a retail store which allows us to further discount our watches. We are a "high speed" mover of large volumes of watches. One of the reasons we offer you watches at such impressive discounts is that we do not have the nagging overhead of "bricks and mortar" companies. In order to move the amount of watches we do on a daily basis in a "bricks and mortor" environment, we would be required to employ a large staff and consequently incur increased overhead which would inflate the prices we offer you online. We carry NO inventory in our offices and do not meet with the general public to show watches except in cases of those purchasing substantial watches totalling over 15,000 in which case we first require a deposit and then can arrange to meet with you in one of two affiliate showrooms in Miami where our inventory can be displayed, or in a satalite office located in Dallas, Texas.

DO YOU OFFER ANY SORT OF WARRANTY?

Perfect Timing offers you our own one year warranty on both unused and all pre-owned watches. This warranty covers all moving mechanical parts. We want you to rest assured that if for some reason your watch does not run properly during this time we will fix it free of cost. In addition to this, we offer our existing customers deeply discounted prices for servicing and detailing that may be wanted after the time of warranty. It is our goal to cultivate lasting relationships with our customers and we take care of them accordingly as we realize satisfied customers are customers who will return and refer others.

HOW DO FEATURED ITEMS WORK?

Perfect Timing DOES NOT AT ANY TIME ACCEPT OFFERS ON OUR WATCHES. We do however, on occasion feature certain watches discounted even deeper than our already tremendous discounts. We do this in an effort to create an exciting web marketplace which stimulates many watch lovers. We also do this at times before we are to make a large buy in order to keep our inventory moving rapidly. The way featured items works is as follows: Perfect Timing has a set price for every watch listed on our site which is non-negotiable. When an item is featured that discounted price will have a slash through it and below will be the featured price which is good only while the item is being featured and the flashing "featured item" icon is present. These items are priced to move very quickly and if you wish to avail yourself of these discounts you need to be prepared to purchase right then as once the feature ends the item will return to its original price which can be viewed directly above the featured price titled: Discounted Price. If you wish to buy a featured item and you see the icon flashing the time to call or fax your order is immidiately as once the feature is over the discount within our standard discount is over. Deposits are not accepted on featured items and these generally stay available for no more than two days.

HOW CAN YOU OFFER SUCH DISCOUNTS ON YOUR WATCHES?

Perfect Timing buys large quantities of watches which gives us our edge in keeping our prices to a minimum. We sell at the minimum mark up possible making our overall profit in the volume of business we do both from our exisiting customers who have been cultivated over three generations within the trade and those ever increasing new customers generated through our large web business.
